MiCiti - Logistic App
A mobile app that allows users to access service providers in the area and report any city problems to municipalities.
Micity approached Liorra to build their idea. This included a web app to onboard service providers, an admin panel to verify these service providers and am mobile app where a user can access the service provider directory and report problems to the municipalities for the specific areas.
The process started with an initial technical specification workshops and analysis of the idea, at the end of which we produced a technical specifications document. This technical specifications document's purpose is to ensure that expectations are clearly defined & managed between the developing team and the client.
We used our iterative UX and UI design process to deliver a modern user experience, applying the latest design thinking and best practice.
Our Technical Specification process included conducting research and analysis, client workshops, ideation and user journey development, prototyping and final design evaluation. We finished the process by creating a component-based style guide to support the development team with ongoing development and implementation.
Our process ensured we became immersed in the project and allowed us to amplify the MiCity team’s brief with best-practice solutions. The continuous engagement with the development team also ensured that the proposed UX prototypes matched the final product. The project was a great success and is now launched to a set of Beta users and the product development is iterated based on the feedback received form these users.
By taking into account future enhancements and features, Liorra was able to assist MiCity in launching their idea and optimising the system for future scalability.
