Inflows improves how LinkedIn ads are optimised using a feature called Dayparting. Dayparting is a pay-per-click (PPC) advertising tactic by which you schedule ads for certain times of the day or certain days of the week to more effectively target audiences.
Inflows was already in existence and being managed by Appstrax Tech, a Liorra Partner. Liorra was brought into the picture to augment the resources of Appstrax Tech. In the chaos of this project, Liorra took over maintenance and brought stability to this project and developed a strong working relationship with Appstrax Tech.
For this maintenance based project, the approach was to spend the first 2 weeks familiarizing the Liorra management and team with the Inflows product. Upon completion of that, product sprints happened on a monthly basis, with check ins happening twice a week. Once the Inflows app was stable, the sprints changed to every week, such that every week a change is being pushed to production.
The reason for success in this project resulted from the flexibility and intent to seek clarity by the Liorra management. A lot of the changes that Inflows brought to Liorra were based on feedback from their existing users, and hence it was really important that Liorra is dynamic with the changes, and actively managing expectations of Inflows.
Inflows is still an ongoing project, and is constantly pushing new changes to production.
